1. How do I join the Frequent Traveller Program?
You are automatically enrolled when you purchase a ticket on the Lux Express website or mobile app and enter your email address. When you use the same contact details for future purchases, your trips are collected automatically.
2. How does the free 11th ticket work?
For every 10 full‑price trips you purchase, you receive one free ticket for any Lux Express departure, including international routes.
• Only full‑price tickets are counted.
• Campaign tickets, €0 tickets and modified tickets are not included.
• Only one ticket per trip is counted, even if several tickets were bought with the same email address.
3. Is the free ticket valid for Comfort Class?
Yes — if at least half of your 10 collected trips were in Comfort Class, the free ticket will also be valid for Comfort Class.
4. Where can I view my collected trips?
You can view your trip history by creating an account on the Lux Express website or in the mobile app using the same email address you entered when purchasing tickets (“My Account” section).
5. Which tickets count toward the Frequent Traveller Program?
Included:
✔ Tickets purchased via the Lux Express website or mobile app
✔ Only tickets for Lux Express‑operated services
Excluded:
✘ Tickets from other operators (e.g., Anniston)
✘ Campaign and €0 tickets (for the free 11th ticket calculation)
6. What is “Frequent Traveller” status and how do I earn it?
You achieve Frequent Traveller status after completing 30 trips within the last 12 months. This status grants automatic discounts:
• 10% off Standard Class tickets
• 20% off Comfort Class tickets
7. Do campaign tickets count toward Frequent Traveller status?
Yes — campaign tickets and €0 tickets count toward earning Frequent Traveller status.
However, they do not count toward collecting the free 11th ticket.
8. Do trips expire?
Yes — collected trips expire after 12 months, but the achieved Frequent Traveller status remains valid for an additional 6 months.
9. Can a free ticket be changed?
Yes — a ticket purchased with a gift code can be changed once free of charge (date or departure time) via Lux Express customer service.
10. Can I collect trips if I buy a ticket for a companion?
If you buy tickets for yourself and a companion using the same email address:
• You receive 1 trip
• Your companion receives 0 trips
